Athletic Trainer
Working closely with
the physicians and the clinical team, John provides
expert injury evaluation to Midwest Orthopaedics at
Rush Sports Medicine patients. His ability to
effectively assist in the care of injured athletes
is a key part of the success of the program.
John has practiced with Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush
for over 20 years. His considerable experience as an
athletic trainer extends beyond the clinical
setting, however. For nine seasons, John served as
an athletic trainer for the National Basketball

served as an Athletic Trainer for the Chicago Breeze
professional women's volleyball team and as the Head
